Staff nurse - RGN/RMN/RNLD - Nursing Home - Wirral – £15 per hour + paid breaks

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Nights, No Weekends

Full or part time available

I am currently looking for a Staff Nurse ( RGN, RMN, RNLD ) to join a small friendly nursing home in Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for a Staff Nurse who is looking for a nursing role which offers Monday to Friday working hours, no weekends. This nursing home provides specialist care in the following areas:

  • Mental Health
  • Dementia
  • Elderly Care

This nursing home has a Good CQC across all areas. They are now looking for a passionate and ambitious Staff Nurse, who is looking for a new challenging role.

As a Staff nurse - RGN/RMN/RNLD you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
  • Develop, review and update care plans
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
  • Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
  • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are read, understood are adhered to by all staff
  • Provide clinical leadership & supervision for the staff nurses healthcare staff 
  • Participate in the induction and training of all new nurses on the unit
  • Supervise and monitor standards of nursing care and take appropriate action to improve standards when required
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places 

As a Staff nurse - RGN/RMN/RNLD, you will have:

  • A RGN, RMN, RNLD qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
