RMN or RNLD – Deputy Ward Manager - Learning Disability and Autism Service – Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - £33,500 per annum + fantastic bonus

Hours : 37.5 per week

I am currently recruiting for a Deputy Ward Manager ( RMN or RNLD ) to join a leading Learning Disability and Autism Service in Stoke-on-Trent. The service provides care to individuals with Autism, Forensic Histories and Highly complex and severe challenging behavior.

This RMN or RNLD – Deputy Ward Manager role involves:

  • Providing a high visible clinical/operational leadership to the ward team
  • Promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of patients
  • Working on a rotational basis alongside other Charge Nurses as the Manager on call

Candidates for this RMN or RNLD – Deputy Ward Manager role will have:

  • Experience in leadership/management capacity
  • Recognised Mentorship Qualification
  • NVQ Assessor qualification
  • RMN or RNLD qualification
  • NMC PIN and the legal right to work in the UK
