Senior Staff Nurse - Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Brain Injury Rehabilitation Hospital - North Lanarkshire, Scotland - £16ph + £1,000

We are currently looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join a team in Scotland. Located in North Lanarkshire,  this fantastic award winning Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre provides person-centred inpatient rehabilitation and care for male and female adolescents and adults (over 16 years) with a brain injury or other complex neurological conditions.

Throughout their stay with my client, the patients are encouraged to make individual choices about all aspects of life at the centre and to be as independent as possible.

At this fully compliant Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre they provide the following services: 

  • Specialist Rehabilitation Service 
  • Complex Disability Management

The Registered Nurses play a huge role in the lives of patients and residents, supporting and encouraging them to achieve their goals and ambitions. The nurses are listened to and highly respected throughout the organisation.  We respect the professional view of nurses, who shape how we deliver care: so much so that a third of the senior management team are qualified nurses

An ideal candidate will:

  • Hold current NMC PIN registration and follow NMC Codes of Conduct at all times

  • Have the ability to motivate, lead and supervise a team
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative and creativity
