Staff Nurse - Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) - Mental Health Hospital  - Up to £16.45 per hour (£9,000 welcome bonus) - Stafford, Staffordshire

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join this very specialist Mental Health, CAMHS Hospital.  The company is one of the country's most recognisable specialist mental health providers, dedicated to caring for individuals under the age of 18 with an acute and complex mental health illness.  The hospital provides specialist care for a range of diagnoses including eating disorders, psychosis or complex needs and have recently reopened their PICU ward.

As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) you will be responsible for: 

  • To identify the care needs of patients while planning and implementing nursing intervention 
  • To communicate information accurately on patient care to the relevant parties while adhering to the principles of information governance 
  • To administer drugs and checking/preparations in accordance with NMC guidelines 
  • To assist in the induction and development of new and junior staff members 

As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) you will have: 

  • CAMHS experience 
  • A Relevant Nursing qualification (RMN/RNLD) qualification 
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • Experience of mental health services 
  • Acute experience (desirable)
