I am currently looking for a registered nurse, who is qualified either as an RMN or RNLD, for a permanent opportunity in a hospital in Grimsby. The hospital is part of one of the nation's leading providers of mental health services and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their existing team. The service has a number of different wards covering male and female low / medium secure.

The hospital is fully compliant and the staffing levels are exceptional. There are considerable opportunities to develop yourself in a new role. You will be able to be supported on training and mentorship courses to improve yourself and the standards the hospital operates to.

As an RMN or RNLD, you will be responsible for:

  • Being responsible and accountable for providing the highest standards of nursing
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the shift
  • Assessing, prioritising, planning, delegating and monitoring work activities
  • Providing clinical and personal support
  • Leading and supervising a team of support staff

You will have: 

  • An RMN or RNLD qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
