Registered Nurse - RMN/RGN/RNLD - Private Care Home - Southport - up to £34,000p/a

I am currently looking for a mental health nurse (RMN) for a permanent opportunity in nursing home in Southport. The nursing home is part of one of the nation's leading providers of mental health services and they are looking for a dedicated individual to join their team.

They cater for longer-stay patients who receive ongoing maintenance therapies according to their individual needs.

They have 4 specialist areas including ABI, learning disabilities, mental illness and physical disabilities.

As a Nurse in a Nursing Home setting you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring optimum client care is maintained
  • Managing patient care plans and risk assessments 
  • Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients 
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Promoting and maintaining high standards of clinical practice 
  • Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

As a qualified Nurse, you will need to have:

  • An RMN, RGN or RNLD qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
