Registered Nurse - Band 5 RMN/RNLD - Mental Health Hospital - Warrington - £28,000-£32,500p/a

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced registered mental health nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join my client as a staff nurse in a private mental health hospital in Warrington. As a staff nurse (RMN or RNLD) you will have experience working in a secure setting and be confident working with challenging situations and various mental health conditions. You will be experienced working at a high pace, assisting in coordinated care and ensuring maximum productivity across the healthcare team. You will be providing clinical and professional leadership and ensuring that high standards are maintained across the board. 

The role includes a working week consisting of 37.5 hours.

In the Hospital you will be responsible for:

  • The comprehensive assessment of patients
  • Compiling positive risk management plans for individuals within an evidence based framework
  • Identifying the care needs of patients while planning and implementing nursing intervention 
  • Communicating information accurately on patient care to the relevant parties while adhering to the principles of information governance 
  • Administering drugs and checking/preparations in accordance with NMC guidelines

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in a similar setting
  • RMN or RNLD qualification
  • NMC registration
  • A legal right to work in the UK
