Staff Nurse - RGN /RMN - Nursing Home - Kent - £17.45p/h

We are currently recruiting for a staff nurse to join a nursing home in Chislehurst, Kent on behalf of our client. As a qualified nurse, you will have previous experience working with older people as well as clinical leadership, working in palliative care and supervising care staff. You should be professional and well organised and set high standards for yourself and your future team which includes demonstrating the company's core values: kind, supportive and trusted.

 As an RMN or RGN in a Nursing Home you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments 
  • Meeting personal care needs
  • Managing the Nursing area
  • Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients 
  • Developing detailed care plans tailored to each individual
  • Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice 
  • Promote service user independence
  • To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

As a Registered Nurse you will have:

  • An RGN or RMN qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
