Clinical Nurse Manager – RMN or RNLD - Mental Health Hospital - Female Med/Low Secure - Warrington, Cheshire - £48,388 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RMN or RNLD who has extensive nursing experience, to take on the role of Clinical Nurse Manager within a Mental Health Hospital in Warrington, Cheshire. They are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their Female Med/Low Secure Unit, who has excellent leadership and communication skills.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager – RMN or RNLD, your main duties will include:

  • Providing operational leadership in the delivery of highest quality Nursing Services
  • Ensuring systems are designed, implemented and monitored to ensure both efficient financial and clinical performance
  • Advising, supporting and educating senior nurses in their areas of service delivery
  • Setting standards for the services, reflecting and positively promoting the business of the hospital.
  • Attaining and maintaining high profile leadership in areas of clinical governance and corporate governance.

As a Clinical Nurse Manager – RMN or RNLD, you must have:

  • Presentation and leadership skills
  • Highly developed inter-personal and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the forensic judicial system. Ability to prioritise, delegate and evaluate performance
  • Extensive post qualified experience as an RMN or RNLD
  • NMC PIN and the legal right to work in the UK
