Staff Nurse – RMN or RNLD - Complex Mental Health Needs Service - Castleford, Yorkshire – Up to £17 per hour

Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Our client in Castleford, Yorkshire is currently looking for a dedicated and committed RMN or RNLD to join their Complex Mental Health Needs Service. They are looking for an RMN or RNLD who can be a team player and demonstrate excellent communication skills, while working alongside a multi-disciplined team.

As a Staff Nurse – RMN or RNLD - Complex Mental Health, your main duties will include:

  • Assist the Service Users with their personal care needs and to help provide health supervision through direct nursing care when needed
  • Prioritising your own workload and managing your own time to ensure priorities are met
  • Manage identified risks in the best way possible
  • Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice 
  • Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
  • Ensure that all Service Users are monitored throughout the day whilst preserving their privacy

As a Staff Nurse – RMN or RNLD - Complex Mental Health, you must have:

  • An RMN or RNLD Qualification
  • NMC PIN and the legal right to work in the UK
  • Interest or previous experience of working within a complex mental health setting
  • Excellent communication skills
