Staff Nurse - RGN or RMN - Elderly Nursing Home - Dorset - £20p/h (incorporates enhancements)

Day shifts only!

You will be a qualified Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) who is looking for a permanent day shift nurse opportunity in an elderly nursing home in Weymouth, Dorset. You will ideally have experience of working in an elderly Nursing Home as a Staff Nurse (RGN) however Newly Qualified Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) may be considered.

My client have a number of services across the South Region ranging from Residential to Elderly Nursing Homes and are looking to expand their services over the next few years, making this a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) who is interested in progression and development in their career. 

This is a fantastic home in the area and a manager I have worked with for a couple of years now that has helped nurses develop. The manager is willing to help you develop as a nurse and if you have any training programs you wish to go on these can be looked and and discussed. 

This is a prestigious medium sized elderly nursing home considered one of the top providers in the region. The home operates to a 3 star standard and have excellent activities for the residents to be involved in. 

There are permanent day shifts available for the right candidate.

As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for:  

  • Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments 
  • Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients 
  • Promoting and maintain high standards of clinical practice 
  • Using your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments 

As an RGN/RMN you MUST have: 

  • A RGN or RMN qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
