Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD – Elderly Nursing Home - Birmingham - £16 per hour

This is a perfect opportunity for Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ) or Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) to become a staff nurse within an elderly nursing home in Birmingham. You will need to have a strong work ethic and the ability to build a strong working relationship not only with patient and their families but also with your team.

The role of the Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD is:

  • Deliver the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
  • Develop, review and update care plans
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
  • Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
  • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are read, understood are adhered to by all staff
  • Provide clinical leadership & supervision for the staff nurses healthcare staff
  • Supervise and monitor standards of nursing care and take appropriate action to improve standards when required
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places 

The ideal Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD will have:

  • Experience in a similar setting (Hospital or Nursing Home)
  • A general nursing qualification ( RGN, RMN, RNLD )
  • Current registration with the NMC
  • The legal right to work in the UK
