Home Manager - RGN or RMN - Elderly & Dementia - Northwich, Cheshire - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client in Northwich, Cheshire is currently looking for an experienced Home Manager ( RGN or RMN ) to manage an elderly and dementia nursing home. As a Home Manager, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to monitor performance of all staff within the home.

They are looking for a committed Home Manager who has good working knowledge of CQC standards as well as the ability to maintain and promote excellent working relationships. You must have previous experience in a similar role and have the ability to deliver the highest standards of care.

As a Home Manager - RGN or RMN, your main duties will include:

  • Complying with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
  • Handle the financial responsibility of the home

As a Home Manager - RGN or RMN, you must have:

  • Previous Home Management Experience in similar setting
  • RGN or RMN Qualification
  • Extensive nursing experience
  • The legal right to work in the UK
  • Established leadership skills to manage large team
