Staff Nurse - RMN - Secure Deaf Unit – Lancashire – Up to £33,000 per annum

As a Staff Nurse - RMN - Secure Deaf Unit, your main duties will include:

  • Supervising nurses and support workers
  • Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual Patient programmes of care
  • Reviewing the care needs of patients
  • Assessing priorities, delegating available resource effectively and ensuring documentation is completed

As a Staff Nurse - RMN - Secure Deaf Unit, you will have:

  • A Registered General Nurse ( RMN ) qualification 
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments 
  • Experience of mental health services 
  • A good understanding of the care programme approach and risk assessment
