Physiotherapist - Band 6 - Domiciliary Care - £22-24ph- Merton

The role is working within a domiciliary therapies team comprising of two occupational therapists, two assistant practitioners and five physiotherapists.The role covers the borough of Merton. Experience of managing complex caseload with co morbidities including clients with an end of life prognosis, older adults, dementia, falls, fractures, Planned orthopedic surgery    
Experience of models of rehabilitation, adjusting to their condition and self management, assessing mental capacity in relation to specific conditions

The successful occupational therapist will have experience of….

  • Knowledge of the current policies toward Safeguarding, Risk Assessment/Management and choice and control
