Deputy Manager – RGN - Nursing Home – Bargoed, South Wales - £19 per hour

Full Time, Permanent position, Days only, 38.5 Hours per week

We are looking for a Deputy Manager ( RGN Qulaified ) to join our clients nursing home in Bargoed, South Wales.

You will need to be a forward thinking, passionate and positive Registered General Nurse with the ability to drive the business and your team forward. You will need to play an active role in maintaining the homes standards, you will play an active part in recruiting, training and developing members of staff.

As a Deputy Manager – RGN - Nursing Home you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership & supervision for the healthcare staff
  • Delivering the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
  • Complying with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines

As a Deputy Manager – RGN or RMN you will have:

  • A valid and up-to-date NMC registration ( RGN )
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Experience working as a deputy home manager
  • The legal right to work in the UK
