My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) or Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) to join their specialist in dementia nursing home in Salford, Greater Manchester. 

The is a great opportunity for a Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) or Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) who thrives off a challenge and enjoys support from a tight knit team to take on the role of Unit Manager.

As a Unit Manager - Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN you will be:

  • Ensure the highest possible standards of care - continually assessing residents' needs and wishes, developing services to enhance their quality of life.
  • Champion independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.
  • Build the positive reputation of the Business and unit; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders. Ensure team communication is professional and considered.
  • Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge. For example psychological considerations, safe custody of property, pain management and dignity.

As a Unit Manager - Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN you will have:

  • NMC PIN and RGN or RMN Qualification
  • The legal right to work in the UK
  • Ensure the highest possible standards of care - continually assessing residents' needs and wishes, developing services to enhance their quality of life.
  • Champion independence and personal choice; developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.
  • Build the positive reputation of the Business and unit; liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders. Ensure team communication is professional and considered.
