Registered Nurse RMN - Mental Health Hospital, Male Ward - Northampton - Up to £32,000 per annum

Working Hours: Days and Nights, 37.5 hours per week

I am currently looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) for a permanent opportunity in a Mental Health Hospital in Northampton. The hospital is part of one of the nation's leading providers of mental health services and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their existing team. The hospital has three medium secure wards, two for women, and one for men. 

This hospital is fully compliant, and has exceptional staffing levels. As a RMN you will have plenty of opportunities to develop and progress within this role. You will be supported on training courses and mentorship courses to improve both your clinical skills and the standards the home operates to.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) you will be responsible for:  

  • Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments 
  • Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients 
  • Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice 
  • To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), you will have: 

  • A RMN qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
