Band 6 - Community Psychiatric Nurse - RMN - Coventry, West Midlands - Up to £37,600 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse (RMN), ideally with experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to work for a leading charity in Veteran's Mental Health.

The role will entail 100% remote working for the foreseeable future, with eventual travel to the base, near Coventry, a couple of times a week, in addition to home working. The successful candidate will be reliable and flexible, with a commitment to high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities of this Community Psychiatric Nurse (RMN) role include:

* To work as a part of a team - in collaboration with other professionals to deliver a coordinated and integrated approach to care
* To provide care coordination and care management to a caseload of highly vulnerable service users
* To be flexible, modifying interventions according to the changing or evolving needs and requirements of services users or of the service
* To involve service users in the assessment and planning of their care
* To recognise and assess the contribution and needs of carers, and to provide advice and support when required

Essential requirements of this Community Psychiatric Nurse (RMN) role include:

* Clinical background as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (required)
* Experience in Community Mental Health (required)
* Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (desired)
* Experience with PTSD/working with veterans (desired)
* Full UK Driver's License
* Right to work in the UK
