Deputy Ward Manager - RSCN or RGN - Children's Hospital + CAMHS - Bury, Lancashire - £35,000 - £39,000 per annum plus benefits

Our client in Bury are currently looking for an experienced RSCN or RGN to join their team as Deputy Ward Manager. Our client is a continuing care service for young people aged 0-18 with a brain injury or progressive neurological condition (PNC).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team who are efficient in managing the complex needs of the young people. The service has an excellent reputation within the region for its imaginative and forward-thinking techniques, which empowers patients to rebuild their lives alongside therapeutic treatment.

Your responsibilities Deputy Ward Manager - RSCN or RGN:

* Supervision and management of care staff
* Planning staff rotas
* Annual leave organisation
* Deputies in the absence of the Ward Manager
* Undertake on call within a rota
* Demonstrate consistent leadership and role modelling
* Conduct interviews

The Deputy Ward Manager will have:

* RSCN or RGN qualified, with a valid NMC PIN
* Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and have sound knowledge of regulatory requirements
* Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The legal right to work in the UK
